Before accessing the TSM Foundations course, payment must be received.

OUR GUARANTEE:  If you do TSM for 21 days straight and do NOT have an obvious shift in your energy, we will gladly refund your money. It’s worked for everyone who practices (just 10 min a day). No matter how busy you are, you can fit these practices into your schedule and have extraordinary results in all areas of your life.

All financial commitments are final. Payments are non-refundable. (Except In the event of a transaction mistake or overpayment.) If you have questions or an emergency situation has come up, contact Aeon or her team to find a fair and just manner to resolve any financial concerns.

Membership Dues:
If you’re on a membership plan and paying in monthly installments, payments will be automatically deducted from the card you signed up with. Invoices are sent out each month for your records. You can cancel your membership by giving 10 days’ notice via email or using the online portal before your next renewal date.

Private Sessions:
1-1 sessions are set at a mutually convenient time. At least 24 hours’ notice is needed if for some reason your time needs to be changed. Please honor the schedule. You have a TEN minute grace period to arrive on the call, before you lose your private session.

Failure to give 24-hour notice for a 1-1 session will result in a lost session. 

Unscheduled sessions have a three-month window of validity, they are non-transferable. Please ensure you take appropriate measures to schedule your sessions within the allotted timeframe.

Mind-altering substances of any kind (pharmaceutical or recreational, including alcohol)  are not suitable with this work, specifically on the days of live sessions.

By attending a live session with Aeon, you agree to refrain from using any substances on the days of our session. If you are found under the influence, Aeon reserves the right to cancel your session or membership without a refund.

KTS Academy reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse service for private sessions, retreats, courses, or programs, or to terminate and refund the registration of any individual from any session, course, or program we offer at any time. 

KTS Academy reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their payment agreement, and to remove individuals from group sessions, conference calls and course community forums or other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the wellbeing of the group and its members, faculty and staff.
